RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your order, please email us at sales@grizas.com. We will provide you with detailed return instructions. Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

 

UK Customers:

After notifying us by email, we will send you full return instructions. You may return your item using your preferred courier service to the following UK returns address:

We will either issue a full refund or arrange a free exchange. For exchanges, we cover all exchange shipping costs and include a complimentary scarf with your replacement item.

 

EU customers:

Please return items to our returns address in Lithuania, which will be provided via email after contacting us.

Return for a refund: If you use the UPS return label provided, €15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

Free exchange: If you are exchanging an item, we will cover all shipping costs, and you will receive a complimentary scarf gift.

 

Non-EU customers (United States, Canada, etc.)

Please return items to our returns address in Lithuania, which will be provided via email after contacting us.

Return for a refund: If you use the UPS return label provided, CAD $30 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

Free exchange: If you are exchanging an item, we will cover all shipping costs, and you will receive a complimentary scarf gift.

Before sending your return, please email us. We will provide you with the return address and all necessary return details.

Our aim is to ensure you find the best suitable styles, so we encourage you to take advantage of our FREE and easy exchange option. You can exchange your purchased item's size, colour, or select a new style from our online catalogue. There's no need to place a new order online – just indicate your exchange preference on the returns form, which we will email to you.

In order to receive a refund, the item has to be new, undamaged and with GRIZAS brand tags attached. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the returned goods as quickly as possible. The refund will exclude initial shipping costs.

Please note that our London office in Old Gloucester Street does not accept returns.
