SIZING & AVAILABILITY

What size should I order?

Please carefully read the garment description and consult the item’s size guide before purchasing. Each product page includes a detailed size guide located on the right side, under the product name, titled “Sizing & Care”.

For the most accurate fit, click “Find Your Size” and use our virtual fitting room. Simply enter your details and body measurements, and our size recommendation tool will suggest the most suitable size for you.

If you are unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us. Our experienced team will be happy to help you select the correct size. To receive accurate sizing advice, please include your exact bust, waist, and hip measurements, provided in centimetres or inches.

If you have already placed your order and are still uncertain about the size selected, you may send us your measurements. We can measure the ordered garment before shipment to ensure the best possible fit.

My size is not available. How can I get it?

If the item is not available in your size, please contact us. In most cases, we can produce the garment to order in available colours and fabrics. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a secure, easy-to-use order link so you can place your order for the selected item quickly and effortlessly.

The item is sold out or I cannot find it online. Can I still get it?

Although this item is currently sold out, it may still be produced upon request in available colours and fabrics. Please contact us, and our team will gladly assist with arranging your order.

YOUR ORDER

How do I know if the item is made to order or ready to ship?

Please review the product description carefully. Made to order items will include a note stating that they are produced within approximately 9 business days, while ready to ship items will be marked as ready to be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the estimated dispatch date. If your item is made to order, it will be prepared in around 9 business days. If the item is in stock, it will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time. Orders containing in stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.

For made to order items, production and shipping depend on the estimated timeline displayed on the product page. These items are usually produced within approximately 9 business days from the date of purchase.

If your order includes multiple items with different processing or shipping times, or if orders are combined for sustainability reasons, all items will be shipped together once the last item is ready. Combined orders are dispatched only after the final item has been prepared.

Once your parcel leaves our production house, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK & US, Canada: 1–2 business days
  • EU & distant islands: 3–4 business days

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking details provided in your confirmation email.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping times for a purchase?

In-transit shipping time begins once your order has been produced or prepared and collected from our production house by the carrier. Delivery times vary depending on the destination address.

  • European Union and distant islands: delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Canada, United Kingdom & United States: Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customs clearance procedures, depending on the destination country, may occasionally extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

Free shipping is available on orders over £450.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return your order, please email us at sales@grizas.com and we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

What is your returns policy?

To qualify for a refund, returned items must be new, unused, undamaged, and include all original GRIZAS brand tags. If the returned item meets these conditions, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned goods as quickly as possible. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you choose to exchange an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the exchange and include a complimentary scarf as a thank-you.

If you are returning for a refund, return shipping via a provided UPS label will cost €15 for EU customers and CAD/$30 for non-EU customers, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

UK customers may return unsuitable items to our local UK return address using a courier service of their choice and will receive a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Where do I send my return?

UK customers should return unsuitable garments to our local returns address in the United Kingdom.

EU and non-EU customers (including the USA, Canada, and other countries) should return unsuitable garments to our production house in Lithuania.

Before sending your return, please contact us by email at sales@grizas.com. We will provide the correct return address or return label, along with all necessary return instructions.

Please note that returns are not accepted at our London office on Old Gloucester Street.

What are free exchanges?

If you choose to exchange a returned item, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange and include a stylish scarf as a complimentary gift in your exchange package.

You may exchange your purchase for a different size or colour or select a new style from our online catalogue. Please indicate your exchange preference on the returns form provided or by contacting us via email at sales@grizas.com. If you prefer, you may also decide on your exchange after we receive your returned item.

There is no need to place a new order online for exchange items. Once your return reaches us, we will prepare and ship your exchange accordingly.

Are made to order items returnable?

Yes, all our items, including made to order items are returnable.

How can I track my return?

You can track the status of your return using the tracking number provided on your return label. If you are returning your item using your own postal service or courier, please be sure to retain the tracking number so that either you or our team can monitor the return.

Once we receive your return, typically within approximately one week, we will contact you to confirm its safe arrival and proceed with your exchange or refund accordingly.

My ordered garment is too small/too large. How can I get another size?

If your ordered garment is too small or too large, please contact us at sales@grizas.com, and we will provide you with exchange instructions. There is no need to place a new order online, we will prepare the replacement size for you once your return is received.

Exchanges are free of charge. We will arrange your exchange for a smaller or larger size and cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.

PAYMENT

What currency can I pay in?

Orders can be placed in the following currencies: GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, SEK, CHF, and AUD. Your preferred currency will be automatically selected when you enter our store, based on your location. You may also change the currency at any time using the currency switcher located at the bottom of the website.

If you prefer, you can also contact us to request payment in euros or British pounds via direct bank transfer.

Do I need to pay for the customs duties and taxes?

We cover all duties and taxes charged by customs for customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Canada.

For United States customers, there are no duties or taxes payable upon delivery, as all orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

The price shown at checkout is the final price, with no additional customs charges upon delivery.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your reward points to cover up to 25% of your purchase. After logging in to your GRIZAS account, you’ll see available options to redeem your points.

Once you select a reward, a coupon code will be generated for you. You can apply the code immediately at checkout or save it for future use. Your coupon code will be stored in the “Your Available Rewards” section, where you can access it anytime you’re ready to use it.

How can I leave a review about my item?

Your feedback is very important to us. We invite you to share your experience by leaving a review in the “Write a Review” section, located at the bottom right of the product page.

How should I care for my item?

Our clothes are easy to care for. Please refer to the inner white care label attached to your garment and follow the instructions carefully.

Most items are machine washable. However, silk, knitwear, and wool garments are best hand washed to help preserve their quality and extend their lifespan. We recommend using gentle detergents suitable for natural fabrics.

Most linen garments may be air-dried or tumble-dried on medium heat, while silk items should be air-dried or tumble-dried on low heat, which helps soften the fabric and maintain its texture.

Can I purchase a GRIZAS gift card?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card here which can be used at our online store. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Do you offer customisations?

We offer customisation services upon request. Custom-made items may incur an additional charge and are non-returnable.
