SIZING & AVAILABILITY

What size should I order?

Please read the description of the garment carefully and refer to the size guide of the item which is found on the right side of each product page under the product’s name and is titled ''SIZING & CARE''.

Also, click on ''FIND YOUR SIZE'', fill in your details, adjust your body measurements and our virtual fitting room will recommend you the most suitable size.

If you are not sure which size to choose, we welcome you to contact us so our team of experienced professionals could advise which size would be the most suitable for you. In your sizing inquiry, please provide your precise bust, waist and hips measurements in centimetres or inches.

If you have placed your order and you are still not sure if you ordered the right size, please send us your measurements and we will measure the ordered
garments before shipping them to you.

My size is not available. How can I get it?

If the item is not available in your size, please contact us and we will most likely be able to produce it for you in available colours and fabrics. We will prepare an easy order link so you could order your chosen item. 

The item is sold out or I cannot find it online. Can I still get it?

It is likely that we can still produce the sold out item in the available colours and fabrics. Please contact us and we will arrange for your item to be produced.

YOUR ORDER

How do I know if the item is made to order or ready to ship?

Please check the product description: the made to order item will have a note indicating that it’s produced in 7 days, while the ready to ship item will note that it’s in stock (shipped in 1-2 days).

Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email with the estimated dispatch date. If the item needs to be made, it will be prepared in approximately 7 business days. If the item is in stock, it will be prepared in 1-2 business days.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.

Orders with available items - in stock - are shipped in 1 or 2 business days after the order is placed. Times may vary during peak seasons.

The shipping of made to order – produced items depends on the estimated date reflected on the webpage, approximately 7 working days from the date of your order.

If your order contains one or more items with different shipping dates or your orders are combined because of sustainability, we send all items together once they’re ready. We will be sending the full order/combined orders after the latest item/order will be prepared.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our production house. It will include the tracking information. Usually, it takes 2-4 working days for the order to be delivered in the EU and UK, and 1-2 working days for the delivery in USA and Canada. You will be able to track your parcel via the tracking details we send you.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping times for a purchase?

The in-transit shipping timing (once your order has been produced/prepared and picked up from our production house by the carrier) will depend on the delivery address:

Orders within the European Union and UK normally take 2-4 business days to arrive after being shipped.

Orders outside the European Union normally take 1 to 2 business days to arrive after being shipped.

Sometimes customs procedures, depending on the country, may extend this timeframe.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping is offered for all orders above £450.

Shipping to the UK and EU costs £8.

International shipping costs £17.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return my order?

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery of the items. If you wish to return your order, please email us at sales@grizas.com and we will send instructions on how to make a return.

What is your returns policy?

In order to receive a refund, the item has to be new, undamaged and with all GRIZAS brand tags attached. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the returned goods as quickly as possible. The refund will exclude shipping costs. 

If you are exchanging the returned item, we will cover the shipping costs of an exchange and include a complimentary scarf gift. If you are returning for a refund, return shipping via a provided UPS label will cost £15 for EU customers and £30 for non EU customers, which will be deducted from your refund amount. UK customers return unsuited items to our local UK address using their own preferred courier services for a full refund. Read our full policy here.

Where do I send my return?

UK Customers return unsuited garments to our local returns address in the United Kingdom.
EU customers and non EU customers
(USA, Canada, etc.) customers return unsuited garments to our production house in Lithuania.

Before sending your return, please email us. We will provide you with the return address/returns label, and all necessary return details.

Our London office in Old Gloucester Street does not accept returns.

What are free exchanges?

If you are exchanging the returned item, we will cover the shipping costs of an exchange and include a stylish scarf as a special gift to exchange package. You can exchange your purchased item’s sizes/colours, or choose new styles from online catalogue. You can indicate what you would like in exchange on the returns form sent to you by us or via email. You will also be able to decide on your exchange once we receive your return. 

You don’t need to order exchange items online in advance as we will prepare your exchange once your return reaches us.

Are made to order items returnable?

Yes, all our items, including made to order items are returnable.

How can I track my return?

You can check the status of your return using the tracking number on the provided return label. If you are returning your item by mail, be sure to save the postal tracking number so that either you or we can track it.

As soon as we receive your return (usually within about a week), we will contact you to confirm its safe arrival and proceed with your exchange or refund.

My ordered garment is too small/too big. How can I get another size?

If your ordered garment is to small/too big, please email us at sales@grizas.com and we will send you return instructions on how to make an exchange. You don’t need to order another size online as we will prepare it for you. Exchanges are free, so we will arrange your exchange for a smaller/bigger size free of charge and will cover shipping costs related with exchange.

PAYMENT

What currency can I pay in?

Orders are processed in GBP – pound sterling which is our store’s currency. Unfortunately, there is no option to change the currency for our online store payments, but you can contact us and request to pay in Euros via direct bank transfer.

Do I need to pay for the customs duties and taxes?

We cover the duties and taxes assessed by customs for customers from UK, EU, USA and Canada.

OTHER

How can I redeem my points?

You can use your points to cover 25% of your purchase. After logging in to your GRIZAS account, you will find ways to redeem points. Once you select a coupon, you will receive a coupon code which you can use immediately by copying and applying it at checkout, or save it for future purchases. The code will be stored in the "Your available rewards" section, where you can access it whenever you're ready to use it.

How can I leave a review about my item?

Your feedback is very important to us. You are welcome to write a review in the ''WRITE A REVIEW'' section found on the bottom right side of the product page.

How should I care for my item?

Our clothes are easy to care for. Please check the inner white label attached to your garment and follow the care instructions on the label carefully.

Most items can be machine washed, but silks, knitwear and wool are recommended to be washed by hand which will extend their lifetime. Please use gentle laundry detergents for our natural clothing.

You can air dry or tumble dry most linens at medium heat and silks at low heat which will soften the garment.

Can I purchase a GRIZAS gift card?

Yes, you can purchase a gift card here which can be used at our online store. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Do you offer customisations?

We offer customisations on request. Custom made items cost a little extra and are non-returnable. Please contact us and our professionals will assist you.

Where can I find a physical store selling GRIZAS?

Please visit our stockist locator, enter your address and it will show you the nearest stores selling GRIZAS. Please be sure to contact the store prior to your visit making sure it is open.
