Here's what you need to do:
- Ensure that the returned garment is of good quality, clean, and well cared for, as you are passing it on to a new owner.
- Contact us via email sales@gizas.com with the subject ''WearCycle''.
- Only after confirming with us via email, return your garment to us.
We will reward you with a £50 coupon once we receive your item.
What fate awaits your returned item?
- Our skilled team will assess its condition, clean it, and prepare it for the new owner.
- Once restored to its best, the garment will be showcased in our exclusive WearCycle section or donated to a charitable cause.
Trust us to find the perfect match for your returned clothing and ensure they continue to live on, either restored to their best or repurposed for a new mission.
Please note:
The returning item has to be purchased no earlier than six months ago from www.grizas.com online store. We cannot accept scarves, accessories, and leggings.
You can return no more than three garments at once. We will reward you with a £50 coupon for each item. One £50 coupon can be used per order. It can only be used for garments (accessories, scarves excluded) and it cannot be combined with other discounts.
You may return your unwanted garment to our provided returns address only after you have confirmed it with us via email.
