UNITED STATES DUTIES & TAXES
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means:

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
We cover customs duties and taxes for customers located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada.
Customers from all other countries are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their local authorities.
Please note that we do not ship to Russia.
DELIVERY DATES
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed on the next business day following payment.
The items that are in stock are shipped in 1–2 days and should reach you within a week. The items that need to be produced are shipped in 7–8 days and should reach you within 2 weeks.
All orders are shipped Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–4:00 PM) via trackable courier services, allowing you to monitor your shipment from dispatch to delivery.
CANCELLATION
You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. As our garments are produced on demand in line with our zero-waste policy, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order and contacting us for sizing assistance if needed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order.
