We cover the duties and taxes assessed by customs for customers from UK, EU, USA and Canada. Buyers from other countries are responsible for duties and taxes payments.
IMPORTANT BREXIT UPDATE: We are shipping all orders as usual and new additional fees that are applied for UK customers are covered by us.
Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. Orders are processed the next working day from the payment date. The items that are in stock, are shipped in 1-2 days and should reach you within a week. The items that need to be produced, are shipped in 7-10 working days, so they should reach you within 2 weeks.
All items are being sent Mon-Fri 9am-4pm via UPS Courier Service. It ensures your ability to track where the goods are from their dispatch from our headquarters to the safe arrival right to your hands.
The same return policy is valid for both produced and in stock items: you can return/exchange unsuited item if it was produced for you and didn't fit. Due to hygiene reasons, protective masks are non-returnable.
We provide 30 days policy to exchange/return your online purchased items. Our aim is to ensure you find the best suitable styles, therefore we highly encourage you to exchange unsuited items instead of returning them. You can exchange your purchased item’s sizes/colours, or choose new styles from online catalogue. Shipping of exchanged items is free of charge.
If for some reason you decided to return our product and you are UK or EU customer, please find return label and all paperwork in your package. Fill out the form, pack the item, place the label on your parcel and drop it off at the nearest UPS point.
IMPORTANT BREXIT UPDATE: From 2021 01 01 all UK customers must fill in the additional proforma invoice with the information about returning items and their value in Euros and place it outside of the box.
Due to the environmental reasons, we no longer include returns paperwork in non EU parcels (except UK). If you are an international buyer who needs a UPS return label, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return paperwork.
If you are exchanging returned item, we will cover return shipping costs. If you are returning for a refund, return shipping via provided UPS label will cost €15 for EU and UK customers and €30 for the remaining non EU customers, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
All customers are welcome to use an alternative convenient shipping method for returns. All returns must be shipped to our production house in Lithuania:

GRIZAS takes responsibility for an unlikely event of lost returned parcel if it's shipped using provided UPS label. If return parcel is shipped via other shipping method, the customer takes responsibility for its safe delivery.
In order to receive a refund, item has to be new, undamaged and with all GRIZAS brand tags attached. If the returned item fits the requirements, we will refund the original price paid for the return goods as quickly as possible. The refund will exclude shipping costs. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
