After the UK leaving EU (December 31st, 2020), GRIZAS continues business operations as usual and no additional payment or actions are required from our UK, EU, US and Canada customers, as we will cover all the necessary fees and provide documentation that is needed to shipment company.
The new customs rules won't have impact on dispatching orders in a timely manner. All parcels ordered at www.grizas.com are being shipped using the UPS courier service.
Please, notice that due to new customs regulations it is mandatory for us to provide an invoice on the outside of the box for successful clearance.
Our parcels are shipped from and returned to our production facility which is located in the EU. Even though the new goods transportation system is equipped between the UK and EU and all packages must go through customs clearance, we are covering ALL required fees and taxes for shipping and returning orders of ALL UK, EU, USA and Canada customers. This means that you only pay for ordered goods and shipping as usual – you do not need to pay any additional charges.
IMPORTANT: If you are an international buyer who needs a UPS return label, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you return paperwork and pre-paid label and provide the instructions on how to return the garments to us.
Attention: Due to the high volume of shipments, deliveries in and from the UK may be delayed. Please allow a delay for clearance trough customs house for returning items. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
